OUR FEES
We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, cash, and secure online payments via Stripe/Square. We also offer direct billing for most insurance companies (please ask us if you're eligible for direct billing). We do bill directly for motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims and work-related injuries (WSIB claims), but please contact us for more details for MVA or WSIB claims.
GENERAL FEES
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% for the first late cancellation/no show, and 100% for the second late cancellation/no show. If a patient consistently cancels late or misses appointments, they must pay their balance before booking their next appointment.
INITIAL CONSULT

The initial chiropractic consultation involves getting a better understanding of your pain, an orthopaedic and neurological examination, exercise prescription, and treatment.
BASIC FOLLOW UP
$75 | 20 mins
This is a basic follow up visit. If you have multiple areas of concern, would like to have acupuncture, address a new problem, or a re-assessment (if you haven't seen the chiropractor in more than 6 months), please choose the extended visit.
EXTENDED FOLLOW UP / ACUPUNCTURE
$95Â | 30 mins
This extended visit allows time for multiple body areas, acupuncture, a new problem, or re-assessment (if you haven't seen the chiropractor in more than 6 months). Otherwise, please choose the basic visit.

*If you have insurance coverage for custom orthotics or medical compression stockings, we provide invoices so that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Note that some policies require a physician's referral for reimbursement.
